Prodecon has been formed for eight years and has a staff with comprehensive experience within Thailand and throughout Asia . Our experience ranges from feasibility studies to construction management on high rise office buildings to fit out of small commercial outlets.

All technical studies and assessments are performed by the most experienced personnel with expert knowledge of conceptual and process engineering, project and construction planning supported by solid cost estimation and financial specialists.

  • Technical and Engineering Assessments – review conceptual preliminary designs based on the latest technology and products. Review constructability and cost estimates to ensure the project can be constructed within the Clients time and budget restraints.
  • Contract Documentation – prepare contracts, tenders, project specifications and procedures, quality and safety procedures, project reporting systems etc.
  • Project Management – provide design management, planning and scheduling control, cost estimation and budgeting, progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Construction Management – provide site management and supervision, set up and monitor the contractor's procedures for quality and safety, change order and cost management etc.
  • Commissioning and Start up Management – set up procedure for the commission of all equipment and ensure all documentation is in place for the maintenance program.
  • Inspections – inspect dwellings for progress payments or general tracking of contractors works right thru to handover/defect stages.

Atrium's rental management modules handle all apartment booking and in-stay services such as cleaning, laundry and maintenance. In addition, Atrium's inbuilt interfaces can be extended to cater for Internet Reservations, Credit Card Systems, POS, Electronic Key Card Systems, Movies/Pay TV, and Internet Services.
